Rousey, the UFC’s women’s bantamweight champion and arguably the biggest crossover star in the history of MMA, will be on FOX today for the opening of “FOX NFL Sunday,” which airs starting at noon ET (9 a.m. PT). Following the network’s NFL doubleheader, she’ll also appear on “The OT” at the conclusion of the games. The weekly gig doesn’t go to just anyone
