Blachowicz (28-8 MMA, 11-5 UFC) outpointed Adesanya (20-1 MMA, 9-1 UFC) over the course of five rounds to take a unanimous decision in his first title defense, which took place at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas. It was a tactical performance for the Polish fighter. He’s now 9-1 in his past 10 fights, and at 38 appears to be in his best form yet. All signs point to Glover Teixeira, who weighed in as an alternate at UFC 259, getting the next title shot
