Filed under: Featured Videos , News , UFC , Videos DALLAS – According to the oddsmakers, Joanna Jedrzejczyk  is a slight underdog in her UFC 185 title fight with strawweight champ Carla Esparza. You’d have a hard time convincing the challenger she’s anything but the favorite. “I was born for it,” Jedrzejczyk said flatly. “I’m going to be a champion.” Jedrzejczyk (8-0 MMA, 2-0 UFC) meets Esparza (10-2 MMA, 1-0 UFC) in the co-feature of Saturday’s UFC 185 event, which takes place at Dallas’ American Airlines Center. The 26-year-old challenger was a relative unknown when she made her UFC debut in July 2014, but her impressive muay Thai techniques, coupled with a boisterous personality, have made her a quick fan favorite. In fact, at today’s open workout session, she received one of the loudest – if not the loudest – welcomes of the day
