If Leon Edwards isn’t interested in fighting Jorge Masvidal next, Stephen Thompson certainly is. After Edwards claimed he’d rather sit and wait for a title shot than settle his beef with Masvidal, Thompson (16-4-1 MMA, 11-4-1 UFC) chimed in and called for a rematch with “Gamebred.” Thompson shut Masvidal out in a unanimous decision win at UFC 217 in 2017, but “Wonderboy” thinks Masvidal (35-15 MMA, 12-8 UFC) is a different fighter now.
