Mohammed Usman is counting his blessings. The PFL heavyweight fighter is thankful the organization gave him the green light to compete outside of their promotion and fight for Titan FC while under contract. Usman (7-1 MMA, 0-0 PFL) signed with the promotion in March and just a month later, before the company’s planned 2020 season launch, the slate was canceled in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Usman could have been left on the sidelines, like other PFL fighters, until the organization resumes operations, which is planned for April 2021. But instead, Usman was allowed to compete for his previous promotion
