Jose Rodriguez Chucuan, best known for his WWE run as Alberto Del Rio , has been formally indicted in a kidnapping and sexual assault case. According to NBC San Antonio , the Bexar County (Texas) District Attorney’s office announced Friday that Chucuan – who also fought MMA for Combate Americas as Alberto El Patron – was indicted by a grand jury on one count of aggravated kidnapping and four counts of sexual assault. If convicted, Chucuan could face a maximum sentence of 99 years in prison, according to TMZ
