Magomedsharipov (2-0) was expected to face Ali Zebian (4-1) in a lightweight contest but decided to pull out of the event when Zabit’s fight with Yair Rodriguez was indefinitely delayed by an injury to “El Pantera.” Magomedsharipov made his professional debut this past December and fought twice in a week’s span, proving victorious in both contests
