A pair of flyweights are set to make their UFC debut on July 15. Tagir Ulanbekov (11-1 MMA, 0-0 UFC) will face Aleksander Doskalchuk (10-2 MMA, 0-0 UFC) at Yas Island in Abu Dhabi – also known as “Fight Island.” Two people with knowledge of the situation informed MMA Junkie of the booking Wednesday but asked to remain anonymous since the promotion has yet to make an official announcement. Ulanbekov, a training partner of UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov, has won three in a row, including back-to-back finishes. The former Gorilla Fighting Championship and Fight Nights Global flyweight champion has only one blemish in his career to fellow recently signed 125-pounder Zhalgas Zhumagulov
