It’s not often that the UFC will allow a fighter to take the post-fight stage solo. But then, it’s not often that a successful fighter with the personality of Conor McGregor emerges. Everyone was stunned by his 13-second knockout of Jose Aldo at UFC 194. Considering the blistering trash talk leading up to the bout, perhaps just as stunning was the respect that McGregor showed Aldo after the fight, calling him a great champion.
