Filed under: Featured Videos , News , UFC , Videos Lyoto Machida , one of the most decorated names in UFC light heavyweight history, earned the kind of asterisk that may haunt him the rest of his life when he admitted use of a banned substance and was pulled from his UFC on FOX 19 bout with Dan Henderson. Machida (22-7 MMA, 14-7 UFC) was set to take a pre-fight USADA drug test when he listed a banned substance, which resulted in his punishment. He didn’t attempt to hide his usage of the supplement, instead simply stating he did not know the substance, which is a basic over-the-counter supplement. Ignorance, however, was not a good enough excuse for many in the wake of the news. Henderson seemed especially upset, calling Machida a “P.O.S.” So what can fighters learn from the situation
