After weeks of public advocation, Tim Elliott and Muhammad Mokaev have what they asked for. With the promotion finally officially on board, Elliott (19-12-1 MMA, 8-10 UFC) and Mokaev (9-0 MMA, 4-0 UFC) are set to compete at UFC 294 , which takes place Oct. 21 at Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi. No other fights have been announced for the event at this time. Two people with knowledge of the matchup Friday informed MMA Junkie of the booking but asked to remain anonymous as the promotion has yet to make an official announcement.
