A temporary restraining order filed by Cristina Ferguson against her husband has expired, and an April 5 hearing on the order didn’t take place, per the request of her attorney Jeffery L. Heath. Heath on Tuesday told MMA Fighting “there are no matters pending in this case.” He did not immediately respond to requests for comment from MMA Junkie
