LAS VEGAS – The story of this finale fight was simple: Andrew Sanchez had takedowns and ground control, and Khalil Rountree had no answer for either. The result was fairly predictable, and it was a lopsided unanimous decision victory for Sanchez (8-2 MMA, 1-0 UFC), who dominated Rountree (4-1 MMA, 0-1 UFC) while notching scores of 30-25, 30-25, and 30-26 from the judges at cageside. The bout served as the light heavyweight tournament final for Season 23 of “The Ultimate Fighter.
