LAS VEGAS – MMAjunkie was on scene and reporting live from today’s early and official TUF 27 Finale fighter weigh-ins. All but one of the 24 fighters hit their marks without issue, including Brad Tavares (17-4 MMA, 12-4 UFC) and Israel Adesanya (12-0 MMA, 2-0 UFC), who meet in the middleweight main event. In addition, Joe Giannetti (6-0 MMA, 0-0 UFC) and Mike Trizano (6-0 MMA, 0-0 UFC), who meet in in “The Ultimate Fighter 27” lightweight tournament final, as well as Jay Cucciniello (8-0 MMA, 0-0 UFC) and Brad Katona (6-0 MMA, 0-0 UFC), who clash in the featherweight tournament final, were on point. Julian Marquez (7-1 MMA, 1-0 UFC) was the lone athlete to come in heavy. The middleweight came in at 190 pounds for his fight against Alessio Di Chirico (11-2 MMA, 2-2 UFC) to open the main card. Marquez weighed in with about 20 minutes left in the two-hour window.
