LAS VEGAS – Spanish heavyweight Juan Espino (9-1 MMA, 1-0 UFC) is now the oldest “TUF” champ in the series’ history after submitting Justin Frazier (11-3 MMA, 0-1 UFC) in the opening round. The bout was the Season 28 heavyweight tournament final of “The Ultimate Fighter” and the co-main event of today’s TUF 28 Finale show at Pearl Theatre at The Palms in Las Vegas. It aired on FS1 following prelims on FS1 and UFC Fight Pass. Frazier rushed forward at the start of the fight, but the 38-year-old Espino easily dropped down, lifted his opponent in the air and slammed him to the floor.
