Amanda Nunes is the new UFC women’s bantamweight champion, and she did it with a blowout first-round submission victory over Miesha Tate in the UFC 200 main event. Nunes (13-4 MMA, 6-1 UFC) completely overwhelmed Tate (18-6 MMA, 5-3 UFC) in every area, hurting and bloodying “Cupcake” on the feet before locking in a fight-ending submission to capture the 135-pound belt.
