Johny Hendricks Saturday’s UFC 192 fight card was handed a serious blow just one day before the event when UFC President Dana White announced this morning that Johny Hendricks is out of his co-main-event showdown with Tyron Woodley . The former UFC welterweight champion encountered a mishap during his weight cut and was rushed to a local hospital in Houston for intestine blockage and kidney stones . Hendricks (17-3 MMA, 12-3 UFC) was unable to safely and effectively cut to the 171-pound limit, and the matchup with Woodley (15-3 MMA, 5-2 UFC) was pulled from the card. Losing a co-main event on any card is unfortunate, but the matchup between Hendricks and Woodley was in the making for nearly a decade after the pair shared a heated rivalry during their collegiate wrestling careers. Check below for the top Twitter reactions to UFC 192’s co-main event cancellation.
