UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones again found himself in trouble with the law Thursday when he was arrested in Albuquerque, N.M., on multiple charges including driving under the influence, negligent use of a firearm, possession of an open container and no proof of insurance. It’s not uncommon to see Jones’ name in the headlines for an arrest. The reigning 205-pound champ, who is coming off a title defense against Dominick Reyes at UFC 247 in February, has a long history of legal mishaps, and it remains to be see how the latest alleged incident is going to impact his fighting future.
