Petr Yan once again has a place at the top of the bantamweight division after beating Cory Sandhagen for interim gold in the UFC 267 co-main event. With champion Aljamain Sterling still injured, Yan (16-2 MMA, 8-1 UFC) got a piece of the belt back when he defeated Sandhagen (14-4 MMA, 7-3 UFC) by unanimous decision in Saturday’s co-headliner at Etihad Arena on “Fight Island” in Abu Dhabi.
