Tyron Woodley emerged victorious in UFC 183’s co-main event when he handed previously undefeated Kelvin Gastelum the first blemish of his professional career. Woodley (15-3 MMA, 5-2 UFC) continued to establish his place as a top contender when he outpointed Gastelum (10-1 MMA, 5-1 UFC) over the course of three rounds for a split decision victory . Woodley desperately needed the key victory on such a large stage. As he got the job done, much of the MMA community followed along on social media.
