LAS VEGAS – In a fight filled with spins and kicks and spinning kicks, “The Ultimate Fighter 17″ finalist  Uriah Hall (9-4 MMA, 2-2 UFC) fought through a broken toe to outpoint Thiago Santos (9-3 MMA, 1-2 UFC). “It’s very hard, man,” Hall said afterward. “But that’s how I was brought up. To face it.” The middleweight bout was part of the main card of today’s UFC 175 event at Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas
