Demetrious Johnson proved once again that he’s the best flyweight in the world with his defeat of Chris Cariaso at UFC 178 in Las Vegas on Saturday. Johnson dominated Cariaso in the main event, but admitted he was too patient in working his way to a kimura and submission victory at 2:29 of the second round. “I was just a little bit too patient for my own good,” Johnson said, criticizing himself. “But sometimes that’s good.
