Learning more from losses than wins might sound like a cliche, but  Yan Cabral believes that was the case for him the first time he didn’t get his hand raised. Against Zak Cummings in a May fight in Cincinnati, Cabral lost a unanimous decision. The “TUF: Brazil 2″ favorite had never lost before. The only reason he was eliminated from the reality competition was a broken hand, despite two victories. But after Cummings topped him, he decided he had 15 more things to lose: pounds.
