TORRANCE, Calif. – While rumors swirled, Cat Zingano was blissfully unaware of the speculation that she had failed a drug test prior to Saturday’s UFC 184 title fight with women’s bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey. The rumors died down this past week when the California State Athletic Commission confirmed both Zingano (9-0 MMA, 2-0 UFC) and Rousey (10-0 MMA, 4-0 UFC), who headline this weekend’s pay-per-view event at Los Angeles’ Staples Center, passed out-of-competition drug tests . When asked about the rumors, Zingano said she was unaware. But, “I passed the drug test and the pregnancy test,” Zingano said.
