And that means a jump start with the debut episode of “UFC 189 Embedded” and a preview of next week’s pay-per-view event. The online series previews the event at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, including the main event: an interim featherweight title bout between Conor McGregor (17-2 MMA, 5-0 UFC) and Chad Mendes (17-2 MMA, 8-2 UFC), who answered the call when champ Jose Aldo pulled out earlier this week with an injury.
