LAS VEGAS – Raquel Pennington made a big statement at UFC 191, picking up a rear-naked choke submission over Jessica Andrade . The win for Pennington (6-5 MMA, 3-2 UFC), which came on her 27th birthday, came with just two seconds left in Round 2 as Andrade (13-5 MMA, 4-3 UFC) could fend off the submission no longer. After the fight, Pennington said the victory was part of her “revenge tour” – the fight with Andrade was a rematch of a split-decision loss 18 months ago. The women’s bantamweight bout was part of the preliminary card of today’s UFC 191 event at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
