INGLEWOOD, Calif. – With drama filling the early prelims, the fans at UFC 199 did not take kindly to a slower tactical battle when Tom Breese faced off with Sean Strickland . Crowd opinions aside, Strickland managed to pressure his way to a split decision victory. The welterweight bout was part of the preliminary card of today’s UFC 199 event at The Forum in Inglewood, Calif.
