CLEVELAND – Veteran UFC middleweight Brad Tavares ’ return to the cage wasn’t much of a revelation, but he got the job done against Caio Magalhaes . Although one judge dissented for Magalhaes (9-3 MMA, 4-3 UFC) on a split card, the remaining two agreed Tavares (14-4 MMA, 9-4 UFC) had earned a decision. The middleweight bout was part of today’s UFC 203 preliminary card at Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland. It aired on FS1 prior to the pay-per-view main card and following early prelims on UFC Fight Pass.
