Jose Aldo will be a UFC Hall of Famer when his legendary career finally comes to an end. The Brazilian has one of the most brilliant resumes in MMA history, and his run through the WEC and UFC featherweight divisions was nothing short of special. Although it can be argued Aldo (28-6 MMA, 10-5 UFC) is on the back nine of his career, he’s still very much relevant. In fact, he’s about to compete in another championship bout as he fights Petr Yan (14-1 MMA, 6-0 UFC) for the vacant bantamweight title at UFC 251, which takes place Saturday in Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. Because Aldo has lost more than he’s won in recent years, some have forgotten about the greatness “Scarface” delivered time after time for so many years.
