Marcelo Rojo is keeping positive ahead of his UFC return. The Argentine fighter finally has a battle on sight, as he’s just hours away from sharing the octagon with Kyler Phillips in a bantamweight contest part of the preliminary card of Saturday’s UFC 271 event at Houston’s Toyota Center. Prior to the booking with Phillips, Rojo (16-7 MMA, 0-1 UFC) had three consecutive fights canceled, a stretch that expanded for the majority of 2021.
