Kevin Jousset impressed in his promotional debut Saturday in his adopted home country of Australia. In the UFC 293 preliminary card opener, Jousset (9-2 MMA, 1-0 UFC) diced up former Bellator fighter Kiefer Crosbie (10-4 MMA, 0-1 UFC) before he looked in a rear-naked choke submission at 4:49 of Round 1. The fight was a striking battle until it hit the canvas, at which point the France-born, City Kickboxing product got a tap from Ireland’s Crosbie in a matter of seconds thereafter.
