LAS VEGAS – Alex Pereira and Jamahal Hill will be the final fighters to step into the octagon at the historic UFC 300 event, and they were the final fighters to face off on Friday at ceremonial weigh-ins. The stage is now set for the highly anticipated card at T-Mobile Arena (pay-per-view, ESPN, ESPN+), with Pereira (9-2 MMA, 6-1 UFC) set to put his light heavyweight title on the line for the first time when he takes on former champion Hill (12-1 MMA, 6-1 UFC) on Saturday in a five-round bout. Both men carry lethal knockout power, and the desire to put hands on each other was evident during the last pre-fight staredown when they displayed intensity while sizing each other up.
