Jon Jones Jon Jones has long discussed a potential move to heavyweight. If and when the former light-heavyweight champion makes a return to the cage, UFC champ Fabricio Werdum wants him to make the jump for a “super fight.” Jones has largely disappeared from the MMA radar following his alleged involvement in an April hit-and-run that left a pregnant woman with a broken arm. The former longtime champ was stripped of the title , which he held for more than four years, and suspended indefinitely from the UFC roster following his arrest. Daniel Cormier went on to win the vacant 205-pound belt after defeating Anthony Johnson at UFC 187 this past month.
