UFC Vice President of Regulatory Affairs Marc Ratner was inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame today in Canastota, N.Y. Ratner was the long-time executive director of the Nevada State Athletic Commission, a position which allowed him to oversee some of the biggest fights in modern boxing history, including the infamous “Bite Fight” between Mike Tyson and Evander Holyfield. He joined the NSAC as an inspector in 1985 and became chief inspector in 1987
