SAO PAULO – After one round of containing the bouncy attacks of Jack Hermansson , Cezar Ferreira thought he’d try his luck on the canvas. As it turned out, that was the right play. Not long after Ferreira (11-5 MMA, 7-3 UFC) secured a takedown, he trapped Hermansson (14-3 MMA, 1-1 UFC) in an arm-triangle and got the tap. The middleweight bout closed out the preliminary card of today’s UFC Fight Night 100 event at Ibirapuera Gymnasium in Sao Paulo. It aired on FS1 following early prelims on UFC Fight Pass
