SAO PAULO – Darren Stewart walked out of the octagon successful after his UFC debut. But it could be short lived as an accidental headbutt led to the TKO of Brazilian opponent Francimar Barroso . The light heavyweight bout opened up the preliminary card of today’s UFC Fight Night 100 event at Ibirapuera Gymnasium in Sao Paulo. It streamed on UFC Fight Pass ahead of the rest of the card on FS1. Stewart (8-0 MMA, 1-0 UFC) quickly showed off a gameplan of clinching to minimize Barroso’s (18-6 MMA, 3-3 UFC) space and look to put the fight on the floor.
