In the UFC Fight Night 103 main event, B.J. Penn (16-10-2 MMA, 12-9-2 UFC) returns from retirement to meet rising featherweight star Yair Rodriguez (8-1 MMA, 5-0 UFC). Penn was 146 for his return; Rodriguez was 145. All the fighters for Sunday’s card made weight for the UFC’s first event of 2017 with 45 minutes to spare in the two-hour weigh-in period, which took place at the host hotel in Phoenix.
