The winless streak continues for Sam Alvey – and the most recent extension is thanks to Brendan Allen . After a competitive opening round, Allen (18-5 MMA, 6-2 UFC) submitted Alvey (33-17-1 MMA, 10-12-1 UFC) with a rear-naked choke at the 2:10 mark of Round 2. The light heavyweight bout was part of the UFC Fight Night 200 main card at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas.
