Calvin Kattar was unable to continue against Arnold Allen after injuring his knee at UFC Fight Night 213. Allen (17-1 MMA, 10-0 UFC) defeated Kattar (23-7 MMA, 7-5 UFC) by TKO just 8 seconds into Round 2 of their featherweight main event at the UFC Apex. Kattar injured his knee at the end of Round 1. He tried to fight in the second, but stumbled early and referee Herb Dean waved things off.. Round 1 was a feeling-out process to start. Allen landed a couple of low kicks, while Kattar pumped out his jab.
