After a fight with Yoel Romero  that left him with a broken jaw, Derek Brunson  unsurprisingly received the most serious medical suspension arising from Wednesday’s UFC Fight Night 35 event. MMAjunkie today requested and received a list of medical suspensions from the Georgia Athletic and Entertainment Commission, which oversaw the event at Arena at Gwinnett Center in Duluth, Ga., just north of Atlanta. UFC Fight Night 35’s main card aired live on FOX Sports 1 following prelims on FOX Sports 1 and UFC Fight Pass. In the headliner, middleweight Luke Rockhold  stopped Constantinos Philippou  via first-round TKO. Philippou received a 30-day suspension while Rockhold received a mandatory seven-day term.
