Weigh-ins for next week’s “UFC Fight Night 36: Machida vs. Mousasi” event take place Friday at Arena Jaragua in Jaragua do Sul, Santa Catarina, Brazil. The same venue hosts the following night’s FOX Sports 1-televised event, which features a key middleweight matchup between former UFC light heavyweight champion Lyoto Machida and former Strikeforce light heavyweight champion Gegard Mousasi in the night’s headlining contest. The co-feature also features a key matchup of 185-pound fighters as Francis Carmont meets Ronaldo “Jacare” Souza. Additionally, former UFC heavyweight champion Junior dos Santos hosts a special Q&A session that is free and open to the public prior to the weigh-ins.
