ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Every time Danny Martinez (16-6 MMA, 0-2 UFC) put Scott Jorgensen (15-9 MMA, 4-5 UFC) in trouble, he wound up on the mat, struggling to free himself. Jorgensen’s wrestling and Martinez’s powerful punches were the recipe for a back-and-forth fight, but the former ultimately won the day on the judges’ scorecards. The flyweight bout was part of today’s UFC Fight Night 42 event at Tingley Coliseum in Albuquerque, N.M. It aired on FOX Sports 1 following a prelim on UFC Fight Pass and ahead of the main card on FOX Sports 1.
