AUCKLAND, New Zealand – Jared Rosholt used a dominant wrestling attack to get past Soa Palelei . Rosholt (11-1 MMA, 3-0 UFC) stayed unbeaten in the UFC as he topped Palelei (21-4 MMA, 3-2 UFC) with a unanimous decision that quieted the New Zealand crowd – except when it was booing. The heavyweight bout was the co-main event of today’s UFC Fight Night 43 event at Vector Arena in Auckland, New Zealand. It streamed on UFC Fight Pass. Palelei got a takedown 45 seconds in, and Rosholt tried to fight it off to get back to his feet. He did so fairly easily, and then went after a single-leg takedown of his own.
