The UFC Fight Night series hit the half-century mark on Friday with UFC Fight Night 50 at Foxwoods Casino Resort in Ledyard, Conn. To mark the occasion, the organization stacked the deck with a big night of fights. All four main-card contests ended inside the distance with middleweight contender  Ronaldo Souza  (21-3 MMA, 4-0 UFC) capping off the nine-fight showcase with a third-round submission win over former Strikeforce champion Gegard Mousasi  (35-5-2 MMA, 2-2 UFC). While there were no championship fights slated, a number of meaningful results still came out of the UFC’s latest event. Within those results were a handful of notable feats.
