Sorry, Turkey. Your UFC debut will apparently have to wait. After initially targeting Istanbul, Turkey’s largest city, for a Nov. 22 event, the UFC instead will take the show to Austin. The event, expected to be UFC Fight Night 57, was announced on today’s edition of “UFC Tonight” on FOX Sports 1. A source close to the event subsequently told MMAjunkie the Austin event will replace the planned Istanbul show rather than accompanying it and making it a another UFC dual-event day
