BARUERI, Brazil – Tim Means battered “TUF: Brazil 3″ finalist Marcio Alexandre Jr. for three rounds to earn a split decision, although he might have finished the fight in the second if not for a referee’s call. Alexandre (12-2 MMA, 0-2 UFC) flagged in later rounds and largely avoided a fight as Means (22-6-1 MMA, 4-3 UFC) chased him around the octagon.
