Conor McGregor and Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone not only walked away with the biggest UFC Fight Night 59 paydays on Sunday; they also escaped unscathed as far as medical suspensions are concerned. SEE ALSO: UFC Fight Night 59 Fighter Salaries: McGregor and Cerrone Top $800,000-Plus Payroll Dennis Siver lost to McGregor in the night’s main event, and received a 60-day suspension after all the abuse he took, but at least he wasn’t among the five fighters that could be sitting on the sidelines for the next six months. Those five fighters include Uriah Hall , Patrick Holohan, Johnny Case, Matt Van Buren, and Tateki Matsuda.
