Filed under: News , UFC Santiago Ponzinibbio PORTO ALEGRE, Brazil – Over the course of three bloody rounds, Santiago Ponzinibbio hit Sean Strickland with everything but the kitchen sink. Strickland (15-1 MMA, 2-1 UFC) took it all and was still standing by the end, but it was Ponzinibbio (20-2 MMA, 2-1 UFC) who got the nod from the judges, earning a unanimous-decision victory (30-27, 30-27, 30-27) for his efforts. The welterweight bout opened the main card of today’s UFC Fight Night 61 event at Gigantinho Gymnasium in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil.
