He used precise counter strikes, dropping Sicilia (15-6 MMA, 5-5 UFC) several times before finishing him off with brutal right hands that knocked Sicilia’s mouthpiece to the floor and secured the TKO victory for Choi (13-1 MMA, 2-0 UFC) at the 1:33 mark of Round 1. The featherweight bout opened the main card of today’s UFC Fight Night 79 event at Olympic Gymnastics Arena in Seoul.
