Nelson (21-12 MMA, 8-8 UFC) did something he hadn’t done in nearly nine years in the UFC Fight Night 82 co-main event on Saturday: He won a fight by going to the judges’ scorecards. Nelson took a unanimous decision from Jared Rosholt (14-3 MMA, 6-2 UFC), giving him his first decision victory since 2007. The fight was the co-feature of UFC Fight Night 82 at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
